As of May 2015, I serve as a Sr. UX Designer at Thomson Reuters’ Tax and Accounting business based out of Portland, Oregon. My focus is to create usable and engaging applications based on customer needs and market insight. I firmly believe that organizations passionate about creating unique customer experiences need to embrace user-centric design as a core competency.
Until March 2014 I managed user experience and digital marketing teams at Reynolds and Reynolds in Dayton, Ohio, where I provided direction for cloud applications, services, portals and websites.
My 12+ year career spans experience working in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific with Fortune 500s such as General Motors, Chrysler, Microsoft, Target, Nationwide Financial and Nestlé. I advise on all aspects of UX — from consumer insights to task flow, establishing design criteria, visual design, technology selection, user testing, to shipping final product.
